Fits 2" receivers and swivels 360 allowing you to swing the intended load around to the bed of your vehicle. Great for big game or that piece of equipment that is just too heavy for one person, and can be used as a cleaning rack. Breaks down into two pieces for easy transport and storage, and rises to 7' from the hitch. Locks at 90  in four different positions and allows you to open your tailgate. Comes with an 800lb brake winch, 37' stainless cable with hook and weighs approximately 70 pounds.
